Store Bionova Biological Indicators in a dark place at an ambient temperature between 10-30 °C and 30-80% relative humidity. Never freeze them, and ensure they are not stored near sterilizing agents or other chemical products.
Using a non-sterilized Self-Contained Biological Indicator (SCBI) from the exact same batch as a positive control ensures that the incubation conditions were met properly, the medium promotes rapid growth, and that the spore viability hasn't been compromised due to improper storage.
