    Pura diffusers require a 2.4GHz WiFi network connection. They do not support 5GHz networks. Ensure your smartphone is connected to the 2.4GHz band during the initial setup.

  • Why is my Pura diffuser blinking blue?

    A pulsing blue light usually indicates that the diffuser is in setup mode and ready to be paired with the app via Bluetooth.

  • How long do the fragrance vials last?
