-
How do I include my HANK device in a Z-Wave network?
Generally, you must set your Z-Wave controller to inclusion mode and then triple-click the Z-button (action button) on the HANK device. The LED indicator will typically flash to indicate it is in learning mode.
-
How do I factory reset my HANK smart plug or sensor?
Most HANK devices can be reset by pressing and holding the Z-button for approximately 20 seconds. The LED indicator will usually stay solid or change patterns to confirm the reset. Note that this removes the device from the network.

What does a flashing LED mean on my HANK Motion Sensor?
A quickly flashing LED often indicates the device is not included in a network or has detected motion/tampering depending on the context. If it flashes slowly after powering on, it may be in SmartStart or inclusion mode.
