Drive Inf3.2 Drive Information

• Description: Provides detailed data to help you quickly understand your drive’s status.

INTELIGENT
Description: S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) monitors and analyzes your drive to detect possible failure early.

Pași:

• Faceți clic pe pictograma „Informații despre unitate” și apoi pe butonul „SMART” din colțul din dreapta jos al paginii Informații despre unitate;
• View parametrii SMART și valorile lor actuale;
• Check the health status using the status indicator (green = good, yellow = normal, red = warning);
• Faceți clic pe butonul de reîmprospătare de lângă indicatorul de stare pentru a actualiza informațiile SMART.

Error Sc Scanan
Description: Provides Quick Scan and Deep Scanmodes to detect potential drive faults.

Pași:

• Faceți clic pe butonul „Start”;

Description: Provides the drive’s read and write performance and detailed data.

Drive Er3.6 Drive Erasease

Description: Transfers data from the source drive to the target drive.

Pași:

• Faceți clic pe pictograma „Migrare date”;
• Selectați unitățile sursă și țintă;
• Alegeți files de migrat și directorul țintă;
• Faceți clic pe butonul „Start”. După finalizarea migrării, puteți view rezultatele. Dacă este necesar, puteți face clic pe butonul „Reîncercare” pentru a rula din nou.

Drive Cloning3.8 Drive Cloning
Description: Duplicates data from the source drive to the target drive. This feature is recommended for system cloning.

Pași:

• Faceți clic pe pictograma „Clonare unitate”;
• Selectați unitățile sursă și țintă;
• Faceți clic pe butonul „Start”;
• După finalizarea clonării, puteți view rezultatele. Dacă este necesar, puteți face clic pe butonul „Reîncercare” pentru a rula din nou.

Description: Allows users to choose whether to enable the Auto Scan feature.

Note

1. Drive Detection & Identification
2. If the drive fails to load in Biwin Intelligence, please check its status under “Disk Management” to confirm it is properly mounted.
3. If a partition lacks a drive letter or is identified as a partition of another system type, Biwin Intelligence will classify it as a Vol partition with an available capacity of 0 MB and mark the drive as unsupported.
4. If “No Partition Detected” is displayed, press WIN+X to open the “Disk Management” interface, initialize the SSD and create partitions before proceeding.
5. S.M.A.R.T. values are displayed in hexadecimal format.
6. Error Scan & Performance Test
7. The duration of the Deep Scan increases exponentially as the remaining free space grows. Error Scan does not support partition operations, which may result in failure.
8. Deep Scan includes a preparation phase followed by the actual scanning phase.
9. During the normal testing process, the drive must not be abnormally removed or the testing tool forcibly turned off; otherwise, it will cause abnormal functions of the drive.

Drive Erase

1. Before performing Drive Erase, please ensure that all important data has been backed up. 4.3.2 If Secure Erase fails, please update your Windows version and try again.
2. If the SSD fails to erase when connected through an external enclosure, please reconnect the SSD via PCIe to the host and try again.
3. CFexpress memory card must be connected via a Biwin card reader.

Performance Optimization & Firmware Update

1. Performance Optimization and Firmware Update may take some time. Please wait.
2. CFexpress memory card must be connected via a Biwin card reader.

Data Migration & Drive Cloning

1. Before performing Drive Cloning, please ensure that all important data has been backed up. 4.5.2 Before performing Data Migration or Drive Cloning, please ensure that the target drive has suf-ficient storage capacity.
2. During Data Migration, a new folder will be created in the selected path of the target drive to store the migrated data.
3. The source drive for Drive Cloning and Data Migration is selected from the drive list, while the target drive is chosen from a dropdown menu.
4. Data Migration may fail if the source drive is the system drive due to read permission issues.
5. Drive Cloning is supported only when the source drive is a Biwin, Acer, or HP drive, or a system drive from other brands; the target drive must be a Biwin, Acer, or HP drive.
6. Partition copy is currently unavailable when the target disk is a SATA drive.

Setări

1. Biwin Intelligence automatically refreshes detected drive information every five minutes. This feature can be turned off in the Settings menu.
2. Biwin Intelligence will automatically download updates. This feature can be turned off in the Settings menu.
3. During the installation and use of Biwin Intelligence, third-party antivirus software may issue warnings. However, Biwin Intelligence ensures user privacy and security remain uncompromised. Please add the C:\Windows\BIWIN DISK MASTER directory as a trusted directory in Security Manager.

Hardware Operations & Compatibility

1. When inserting/removing the M.2 drive while the computer is on, you must completely shut down and restart the system for it to work properly.
2. When using Biwin Intelligence, please avoid performing irregular read/write operations on the drive, such as formatting partitions or overwriting the drive.
3. Rezistent File System (ReFS) partitions created on higher operating system versions are recognized as RAW partitions on lower OS versions, which may impact the functionality of certain features.
