3. Insert the tip of the probe horizontally into the thickest part of the food, avoiding bones.
4. Select your desired internal temperature using the TEMP button and knob. The appliance will automatically stop cooking once the target temperature is reached.
5. After use, unplug the probe, clean it, and store it back in its compartment.
