The LINKChef Slow Juicer is designed for quick and easy assembly, typically taking only three steps.
- Place the juice bowl onto the motor base, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Insert the filter basket into the juice bowl, followed by the auger.
- Attach the hopper/lid assembly. Align the arrow on the lid with the unlock symbol on the juice bowl, then turn clockwise until it clicks into the lock symbol. Ensure the lid is fully closed and locked for the juicer to operate.
- Position the juice cup and pulp container under their respective outlets.

Pregătirea
- Spălați bine toate fructele și legumele.
- For most ingredients, pre-cutting is not necessary due to the 130mm wide feed chute. However, very large or fibrous items may benefit from being cut into smaller pieces to prevent clogging.
- Remove hard pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, plums) and large seeds (e.g., mangoes).
- Peel citrus fruits before juicing.

- Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet (220 Volts).
- Press the ON button to start the juicer. The auger will begin to rotate at a slow speed (50-65 RPM).
- Gradually feed fruits and vegetables into the wide feed chute. Allow the auger to process the ingredients at its own pace. Do not force ingredients down.

- The slow masticating technology minimizes oxidation, allowing juice to be stored for up to 72 hours in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your LINKChef Slow Juicer. The design allows for quick disassembly and cleaning of only three main components.

- Disassemble the juicer by turning the lid counter-clockwise to unlock, then remove the lid, auger, and filter basket.
- Rinse all detachable parts (hopper, auger, filter basket, juice bowl, juice cup, pulp container, food pusher) under running water immediately after use.
