- Step 1: Order Placement - Place your order via the website-ul.
- Step 2: Hearing Sheet Reply - A hearing sheet will be sent to your registered email address after your order. Please confirm and reply.
- Step 3: Installation Date Arrangement - Contact will be made via email to arrange and discuss the desired installation date.
- Step 4: Product Receipt - The product will be delivered to you before the installation date.
- Step 5: Contact for Visit Time - You will be contacted to confirm the visit time for installation.
- Step 6: Visit & Installation - The installation team will visit and complete the setup.
Standard Installation Scope:
Standard installation includes mounting the indoor and outdoor units, plastic blocks, and piping (up to 4m of piping work and tape wrapping finish). Hole drilling is free for one location in general wooden/mortar walls.
