• Digital Password Unlock:
  Enter your registered password on the keypad. The lock supports an anti-peeping function where you can enter random digits before or after your actual password (e.g., XX + Password + XX).

• App Control Unlock:

The ARPHA D228 door knob is powered by 4 AA batteries (not included), providing approximately 3-4 months of continuous operation. The lock will emit a low battery sound prompt when power is running low. Replace all four batteries promptly when this alert occurs.

5.2 Alimentare de urgență

In case of complete battery depletion, the lock features a Type-C emergency power port. Connect a portable power bank or a Type-C charger to this port to temporarily power the lock and gain access.

6. Depanare

• Auto-lock behavior: The auto-lock feature is either on or off. If turned off, the lock will not engage automatically or manually via keypad/fingerprint. If you require the door to remain unlocked for a period, you must keep it physically open or unlock it each time.
• Cannot manually lock from inside: This model does not feature a manual lock button on the interior. Twisting the interior handle will always open the door, regardless of its locked status. To secure the door from the inside, ensure the auto-lock feature is enabled or use the app to lock it.
• Lock relocks too quickly: The lock is designed to relock instantly (1-2 seconds) after unlocking. There is no option to extend this time. If you need to make multiple trips, you must either keep the door physically open or unlock it each time.
• Tastatura nu răspunde: Ensure the touchscreen is awake by placing a finger on it. If still unresponsive, check battery levels.
