1. Introducere

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Tera HW0015 Wireless Barcode Scanner. This device is designed for efficient and accurate scanning of 1D, 2D, and QR codes across various surfaces and conditions, offering flexible connectivity options and user-friendly features.

4. Configurare

4.1 Încărcarea scanerului

1. Connect the charging cable to the charging dock and a power source.

3. The scanner's screen will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes several hours.

4.2 Pornire/Oprire

Locate the physical power switch key on the scanner. Push the switch key to the 'ON' position to power on the device. Push it to the 'OFF' position to power off and conserve battery.

5. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

5.1 Scanare de bază

1. Ensure the scanner is powered on and connected to your host device (see Section 6 for connectivity).

3. Press the trigger button. A scan line or light will appear.
4. Hold steady until a successful scan is indicated by an audible beep, vibration, or visual confirmation on the screen.

5.2 Screen Navigation and Settings

The integrated screen and keypad allow for direct configuration. Use the navigation buttons (Up, Down, OK, Back) to browse menus and adjust settings. The screen displays current time, battery level, connection mode, barcode data, total stored barcodes, and total amount.

6. Conectivitate

The Tera HW0015 offers multiple connectivity options:

• Conexiune wireless 2.4G: Insert the 2.4G USB dongle into your host device. The scanner will automatically attempt to pair. This mode offers a transmission distance of up to 328ft in open areas and 164ft with obstacles.
• Conexiune Bluetooth: Activate Bluetooth on your host device. On the scanner's screen, navigate to 'Connection' and select 'Bluetooth'. Follow the on-screen prompts or refer to the full user manual for specific pairing barcodes if required.
• Conexiune prin cablu USB: Connect the scanner directly to your device using the provided USB cable. This mode typically functions as a plug-and-play keyboard emulation (HID).

7. Moduri de scanare

The scanner supports various operational modes to suit different scanning needs:

• Manual-Trigger Mode: Press the trigger button to initiate each scan. Ideal for precise, individual barcode scanning.
• Modul de scanare continuă: The scanner continuously emits a scan beam, reading barcodes as they pass through the scan area without requiring trigger presses. Suitable for high-volume scanning.

8. Întreținere
