Doorbell Module Connection

After installing the door lock, connect the doorbell module:

1. Plug the Doorbell machine into a USB power port.
2. Press and hold the doorbell icon button on the Doorbell machine for 10 seconds until you hear a sound.
3. The doorbell module function is now active. If it doesn't work, repeat the process.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your ARPHA AL501 Smart Door Lock.

• curatenie: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.
• Îngrijirea bateriei: Recharge the 10,000 mAh battery pack as needed. Avoid completely draining the battery to prolong its lifespan.
• Întreținere senzor: Keep the camera lens and fingerprint sensor clean and free of dust or debris for accurate operation.
• Conditii de mediu: The lock is IP65 waterproof, but avoid prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions. It operates effectively between -4°F and 140°F.

If you encounter issues with your ARPHA AL501, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Încuietoarea nu răspunde: Check the battery level. Recharge the battery pack if it's low. Ensure the power cable is securely connected if applicable.
