1. Introducere
This manual provides instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Sharp SPC5026AMZ Digital Alarm Clock. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper function and longevity.

3. Configurare
3.1 Instalarea bateriei
- Localizați capacul compartimentului bateriilor pe spatele ceasului.
- Remove the cover by sliding it downwards or lifting it.
- Insert three (3) new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Înlocuiți capacul compartimentului bateriei.
The clock will power on automatically after battery installation.

4. Instrucțiuni de utilizare
Refer to Figure 2 for button locations on the back of the clock.
4.1 Setarea orei și datei
- Glisați ALARM / DATE / TIME SETTING SWITCH la TIMP poziţie.
- Apăsați tasta HOUR / MONTH SELECTION BUTTON pentru a regla ora.
- Apăsați tasta MIN / DATE / °C/°F SELECTION BUTTON pentru a regla minutul.
- Apăsați tasta 12/24 HR TIME YEAR SELECTION BUTTON to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour format.
- Glisați ALARM / DATE / TIME SETTING SWITCH la DATA poziţie.
- Apăsați tasta HOUR / MONTH SELECTION BUTTON pentru a ajusta luna.
- Apăsați tasta MIN / DATE / °C/°F SELECTION BUTTON pentru a ajusta data.
- Apăsați tasta 12/24 HR TIME YEAR SELECTION BUTTON pentru a ajusta anul.
- Once time and date are set, slide the ALARM / DATE / TIME SETTING SWITCH înapoi la RUN poziţie.
4.2 Setarea alarmei
- Glisați ALARM / DATE / TIME SETTING SWITCH la ALARMA poziţie.
- Apăsați tasta HOUR / MONTH SELECTION BUTTON pentru a regla ora alarmei.
- Apăsați tasta MIN / DATE / °C/°F SELECTION BUTTON pentru a regla minutul alarmei.
- Glisați COMUTATOR PORNIT/OPRIT ALARMA la ON to activate the alarm. An alarm icon will appear on the display.
- Pentru a dezactiva alarma, glisați COMUTATOR PORNIT/OPRIT ALARMA la OFF. The alarm icon will disappear.
- Once the alarm is set, slide the ALARM / DATE / TIME SETTING SWITCH înapoi la RUN poziţie.
4.3 Funcția Snooze
Când sună alarma, apăsați butonul mare SNOOZE / LUMINĂ button on the top of the clock. The alarm will pause for approximately 9 minutes before sounding again.
4.4 Nightlight and Backlight
The clock features two illumination options:
- Built-in Display Nightlight: Glisați LOW LIGHT NIGHTTIME VIEWING BACKLIGHT ON/OFF SWITCH on the back of the clock to ON for a continuous, low-level illumination of the display. Slide to OFF a dezactiva.
- On-Demand White Backlight: Apăsați pe mare SNOOZE / LUMINĂ button on the top of the clock for 5 seconds of bright white backlight. This is useful for quick viewîn condiții de întuneric.

4.5 Afișarea temperaturii
The clock displays the indoor temperature in either Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). To switch between units, press the MIN / DATE / °C/°F SELECTION BUTTON în timp ce cel ALARM / DATE / TIME SETTING SWITCH este în RUN poziţie.

6. Întreținere
6.1 Curățare
Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the surface.
6.2 Înlocuirea bateriei
Replace batteries when the display becomes dim or the clock functions erratically. Always replace all three batteries simultaneously with new AAA batteries. Remove batteries if the clock will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
