The UDIAG A300 features a 4.3-inch industrial-level color screen for clear display of diagnostic data. It is designed for ease of use with a plug-and-play interface and one-key diagnosis functionality. The device supports over 60 car makes and more than 100,000 vehicle types, including most US vehicles from 1996 onwards, EU vehicles from 2002 onwards, and Asian vehicles from 2005 onwards, as well as other OBDII and CAN compliant vehicles.

When the vehicle's Check Engine Light is on, it indicates a possible defect or fault detected by the car's onboard computer system (OBD System). The A300 can diagnose engine issues such as engine shaking, poor acceleration, or decreased fuel efficiency. It helps identify the reason for abnormal engine operation, including stalling or auto-shutdown during idling or driving. Engine diagnosis is also essential for identifying the cause of emission problems if the vehicle's emissions exceed specified standards.

The A300 can diagnose issues within the Transmission Control Module (TCM). This is crucial if you experience abnormal noises from the gearbox, difficulty shifting smoothly, slipping sensations during shifting, or unusual noises like clunking, grinding, or whirling. It also helps identify issues related to noticeable resistance, hesitation, or loss of power while driving, or fluid leaks in the transmission area. The tool can read fault codes and display live data (e.g., fluid temperature, pump status, clutch actuation, pressure) to ensure optimal transmission performance.

When the vehicle's ABS MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) turns on, it indicates a potential defect or fault in the ABS. The A300 can read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from the ABS, helping to check various brake components and accurately determine problems. This is important if you experience pedal vibrations, unstable braking, or if the vehicle is not decelerating properly or braked effectively. The tool helps ensure the ABS is working correctly and safely.

If the vehicle's SRS MIL turns on, it indicates a defect or fault in the Supplemental Restraint System. The A300 can read and clear fault codes in the SRS (airbag) system and turn off the warning light, ensuring the system functions correctly and safely. In cases of collision, the SRS system may activate and deploy airbags; the A300 helps perform diagnostics to check for damage or malfunctions and verify proper system operation. SRS diagnostic and reset procedures are also required when performing vehicle repairs involving airbag component installation or replacement.

This function allows you to reset the oil light after an oil change, ensuring accurate calculation of the engine oil life system. Timely oil changes are crucial for protecting your engine.

This function is used for maintenance or repair related to brake fluid or components. It helps remove trapped air from the ABS system, which can cause a spongy brake pedal or increased stopping distance. Performing ABS bleeding ensures proper operation of the Anti-lock Braking System and improves braking performance, contributing to vehicle safety.

This service is for resetting the electronic parking brake system. It includes deactivating and activating the brake control system, draining brake fluid, opening and closing brake pads, and setting the brakes after replacing the brake disc or pads. It also helps diagnose EPB caliper function and initialize wear indicators, simplifying the braking process.

Resetting the vehicle's Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) ensures accuracy and proper functioning, leading to improved fuel economy. This function is necessary when the vehicle experiences issues like high or low idle speed, erratic idle, or if the Engine MIL comes on with idle speed-related trouble codes. It is also performed after a throttle body replacement or cleaning to ensure smooth driving.

After a tire sensor replacement, the TPMS function can quickly search the tire sensor ID from the vehicle's ECU. It guides the user through TPMS sensor relearning procedures, resets tire pressure, and turns off the tire pressure MIL. (Note: This function does not support TPMS programming.)

Steering Angle Sensor calibration is critical for ensuring the vehicle's steering system accuracy and stability, which contributes to safe driving and optimal vehicle handling performance. This function allows for erasing the record of the old steering angle sensor and overwriting it with a new one. It is vital to ensure that your steering stays aligned and that the driver-assistance system works properly.
