- Always consult with a physician before starting any exercise program.

Configurare și asamblare
The DrumFit WayHome 1500 Sprint treadmill comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare it for use:

The console features an LCD display showing speed, time, distance, and calories burned. It also includes buttons for speed adjustment, program selection, and start/stop functions.

Începerea unui antrenament
- Ensure the safety key is correctly placed on the console and clipped to your clothing.
- Step onto the treadmill belt, holding the handlebars for balance.
- Apăsați tasta ÎNCEPUT button. The treadmill will begin at a low speed.
Reglarea vitezei
Utilizați VITEZA + şi SPEED - buttons on the console to increase or decrease the running speed from 1 to 15 km/h. Quick speed buttons may also be available for instant speed changes.

Ajustarea înclinării
The treadmill features a 3-level manual incline adjustment. To change the incline, you must stop the treadmill, adjust the incline mechanism located at the rear of the running deck, and then restart your workout. Refer to the specific instructions in your printed manual for detailed steps on adjusting the incline safely.

Pre-defined Programs
The treadmill includes 12 pre-defined programs. Press the PROGRAM button to cycle through the available programs. Each program offers varying speed and intensity profiles. Select your desired program and press ÎNCEPUT pentru a începe.
Bluetooth Connectivity and Speakers
To connect your device via Bluetooth, activate Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet and search for the treadmill's signal. Pair the devices to stream audio through the treadmill's integrated speakers. The console also features a device holder for your smartphone or tablet.

Oprirea unui antrenament
Apăsați tasta STOP button to gradually slow down and stop the treadmill. Alternatively, pull the magnetic safety key from the console for an emergency stop.
