1. Introducere și Pesteview

The Phrozen Wash & Cure Kit provides an integrated solution for post-processing 3D resin prints. This kit includes a Washing Station and a Curing Station, designed to streamline the cleaning, drying, and final curing stages of your resin models. It is compatible with most resin 3D prints, offering a large build volume for models up to 10 inches.

2. Informații de siguranță

Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the Phrozen Wash & Cure Kit. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury or damage to the equipment.

• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves and safety glasses, when handling uncured resin or cleaning solutions.
• Operate the Washing Station and Curing Station in a well-ventilated area to minimize exposure to resin fumes.
• Keep the equipment away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Do not look directly at the UV light during the curing process. The Curing Station cover must be in place during operation.

4. Instrucțiuni de configurare

4.1. Washing Station Setup

1. Place the Washing Station on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area.
2. Insert the washing bucket into the Washing Station base.
3. Fill the washing bucket with your preferred cleaning solution (e.g., isopropyl alcohol) up to the desired level, ensuring it covers the maximum height of your prints. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
4. Connect the power adapter to the Washing Station and plug it into a power outlet.

4.2. Curing Station Setup

1. Place the Curing Station on a stable, level surface.
2. Ensure the turntable is correctly seated inside the curing chamber.
3. Connect the power adapter to the Curing Station and plug it into a power outlet.

5. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

5.1. Washing Process

1. After printing, carefully remove your 3D model from the build plate.
2. Place the model into the metal basket provided with the Washing Station. For larger models, you may place them directly into the washing bucket if they fit.
3. Submerge the basket with the model into the cleaning solution within the Washing Station.
4. Set the desired wash time using the control knob. Typical wash times range from 2 to 10 minutes, depending on the model size and resin type.
5. Press the start button to begin the washing cycle. The station will create a powerful vortex to clean the model.
6. Once the cycle is complete, carefully remove the basket and model. Allow excess cleaning solution to drip back into the bucket.

5.2. Drying and Curing Process

1. After washing, place the cleaned model onto the turntable inside the Curing Station.
2. Close the orange protective cover securely.
3. Select the desired operation mode:
• Fan + Cure: This mode activates both the drying fan and UV lights for a combined drying and curing process.
• Ventilator: Dries the model using the internal fan without UV exposure.
• Vindeca: Cures the model using UV lights without fan drying.
4. Set the curing time using the digital controls. Curing times typically range from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on resin type, model size, and desired hardness.
5. Press the start button to begin the selected cycle. The turntable will rotate to ensure even exposure to UV light.
6. Once the cycle is complete, the station will automatically stop. Carefully open the cover and remove your fully cured model.

6. Întreținere

6.1. Cleaning the Washing Bucket

• Regularly inspect the cleaning solution for excessive resin particles.
• When the solution becomes cloudy or ineffective, it needs to be replaced.
• To dispose of used resin-contaminated cleaning solution, expose it to sunlight until all resin particles have cured and settled. Filter out the cured resin and dispose of it as solid waste. The remaining liquid can then be disposed of according to local regulations.
• Clean the washing bucket with fresh cleaning solution or water and a soft cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before refilling.

6.2. Cleaning the Curing Station

• Wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces of the Curing Station with a soft, dry cloth.
• If resin spills occur, clean them immediately with a small amount of cleaning solution and a soft cloth. Avoid getting liquid into electronic components.
• Ensure the turntable is clean and rotates freely.

7. Depanare

• Prints not cleaning properly: Increase wash time, ensure sufficient cleaning solution, or replace old/contaminated cleaning solution.
• Prints remain sticky after curing: Increase curing time, ensure the model is dry before curing, or verify the UV lights are functioning correctly. Ensure the protective cover is fully closed during curing.
