Instructiuni de asamblare

The Himaly Mini Exercise Bike is designed for quick and easy assembly. Follow these steps:

1. Atașați barele stabilizatoare: Locate the two stabilizer bars. Align each bar with the corresponding holes on the front and rear of the main unit. Secure them using the provided screws and washers. Tighten firmly with the wrench.
2. Atașați pedalele: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The pedals are threaded differently. Screw the left pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm and the right pedal clockwise into the right crank arm. Ensure they are fully tightened to prevent loosening during use.
3. Install LCD Display Battery: The LCD display requires 1 AAA battery (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the display, insert the battery with correct polarity, and close the compartment.

Initial Setup and Placement

The Himaly Mini Exercise Bike features an adjustable tension knob to vary the resistance level of your workout. This allows you to customize the intensity to suit your fitness goals.

The multi-function LCD display tracks your workout data in real-time. It automatically turns on when you begin pedaling and turns off after a period of inactivity.

Exercise Techniques

The Himaly Mini Exercise Bike can be used for both leg and arm exercises.

• Leg Exercise: Place the unit on the floor in front of your chair. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the pedal straps. Begin pedaling in a smooth, controlled motion.
• Arm Exercise: Place the unit on a sturdy table or desk. Sit comfortably and grasp the pedals with your hands. Begin rotating the pedals in a smooth, controlled motion.
