Please read this manual carefully before operating the appliance and keep it for future reference. This product is an evaporative cooler and is nu an air conditioner. It works by decreasing the thermal sensation of the environment by passing air through water, and performs best in dry environments.

3. Configurare

Follow these steps to set up your evaporative air cooler:

Operating your TAURUS SNOW FLAKE air cooler is straightforward:

1. Pornire/Oprire: Apăsați tasta PUTERE button on the control panel to turn the unit on or off. The LED indicator light will illuminate when the unit is on.
2. Reglați viteza ventilatorului: Apăsați tasta VITEZĂ button to cycle between the two available fan speeds (Low and High).
3. Setați temporizatorul: Apăsați tasta TIMER button to set the desired operating time. The timer can be set from 1 to 12 hours. The unit will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed.
4. Controlul luminii LED: The unit features a 7-color LED indicator light. This light typically cycles through colors automatically. Refer to the product packaging or additional documentation for specific controls if available, as some models may not have a dedicated light control button.

5. Întreținere

5.1 Curăţarea rezervorului de apă

• Frecvenţă: Clean the water tank regularly, especially if the unit is used frequently or if water has been stagnant for an extended period.
• Procedură:
  1. Deconectați unitatea de la sursa de alimentare.
  2. Scoateți rezervorul de apă și goliți orice apă rămasă.
  3. Wipe the inside of the tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue.
  4. Allow the tank to air dry completely before reassembling.

5.2 Cleaning the Evaporative Filter

• Frecvenţă: Inspect and clean the filter every 1-2 weeks, or more often depending on air quality and usage.
• Procedură:

  2. Carefully remove the evaporative filter from its housing (refer to Figure 2.2.2).
  3. Rinse the filter under cool, running water to remove dust and mineral deposits. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  4. If the filter is heavily soiled, soak it in a solution of water and mild detergent for 15-30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
