2. Configurare

2.1. Pornirea inițială

The stopwatch is typically ready for use upon removal from its packaging. If the display is blank, ensure the battery is correctly installed. Some models may have a protective tab to pull before first use.

2.2. Setarea orei și datei

The MARATHON Adanac 4000 requires 1 Lithium Metal battery (LR44 type). When the display becomes dim or unresponsive, the battery may need replacement.

2. Carefully remove the small screws securing the battery cover using a precision screwdriver.

3. Moduri de operare

3.1. Modul Cronometru

This mode is used for timing events with 1/100th second precision.

1. Apăsați tasta MOD button until the stopwatch display (00:00:00) is shown.

3. To record a split time (lap time) while total timing continues, press SPLIT / RESET. The display will momentarily show the split time.
4. To resume displaying the running total time, press SPLIT / RESET din nou.

3.2. Time and Calendar Display

This mode displays the current hour, minute, seconds, month, date, and day of the week.

3.3. Funcția de alarmă

The stopwatch includes an alarm function. To set and activate the alarm:

1. From the Time/Calendar display, press the MOD button to enter Alarm setting mode (indicated by an alarm icon).
