1. Introducere

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your IIWEY N1 Dual Dash Camera. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to maximize its lifespan. The IIWEY N1 is designed to record both front and rear views of your vehicle, offering enhanced security and evidence in case of incidents.

4. Configurare și instalare

4.1 Pregătirea cardului MicroSD

1. Obtain a Class 10 microSD card with a capacity between 32GB and 128GB.
2. Insert the microSD card into your computer.
3. Format the microSD card to FAT32 file system. Refer to your computer's operating system instructions for formatting external storage devices.
4. Once formatted, insert the microSD card into the dash camera's card slot.

4.2 Installing the Front Dash Camera

1. Clean the area on your front windshield where you intend to mount the dash camera. Ensure it is free of dust and grease.
2. Attach the suction mount to the dash camera.
3. Press the suction mount firmly against the cleaned windshield surface and engage the locking mechanism to secure it. Position the camera to ensure a clear view drumului fără a vă obstrucționa vizibilitatea la volan.
4. Connect the car charger to the dash camera's power input and plug the other end into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Route the cable neatly to avoid interference with driving controls.

4. For the parking guide line feature to function, the rear camera's red wire needs to be connected to the live wire of your vehicle's reversing lamp. Professional installation is recommended for this step if you are unfamiliar with vehicle electrical systems.

5. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

5.1 Pornire/Oprire

• The dash camera will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on (and power is supplied to the car charger).
• It will automatically power off a few seconds after the ignition is turned off.
• To manually power on/off, press and hold the power button on the device.

• Once powered on, the camera will automatically start loop recording. Video segments are typically 1, 3, or 5 minutes long (configurable in settings).
• The oldest unlocked files will be overwritten when the microSD card is full.

• The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions.
• When an impact is detected, the current video segment will be automatically locked and saved to a protected folder, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording.
• The sensitivity of the G-sensor can be adjusted in the camera settings.

5.4 Monitor de parcare

• When enabled, the parking monitor feature allows the dash camera to record short video clips if an impact is detected while the vehicle is parked.
• This feature requires a continuous power supply to the dash camera, either through a hardwire kit (sold separately) or a power bank. The internal battery is not sufficient for extended parking monitoring.
• It is recommended to turn off Motion Detection and Parking Guard functions while driving to avoid unnecessary recordings and potential conflicts with normal recording.

5.5 Rear Camera Parking Guide Line

• If the rear camera's red wire is correctly connected to the reversing lamp, the dash camera display will automatically switch to a full-screen rear view with parking guide lines when the vehicle is put into reverse.
