• Empty pockets and close zippers and hooks to prevent damage.

• Load items loosely into the drum, ensuring not to overload. A 7 kg capacity means the drum should not be packed tightly.

• Check for any foreign objects trapped in the seal.

• Open the small circular access panel at the bottom front of the machine.
