5. Cerințe de instalare

• Frontul Damper: Controls the primary air supply to the combustion chamber. Opening it increases the burn rate and heat output. Closing it reduces the burn rate.
• Fum Damper: Regulates the intensity of the flame and the draft through the flue. Adjust this to achieve optimal combustion and prevent excessive heat loss up the chimney.

Adjust both dampers to achieve a steady, efficient burn. A bright, lively flame indicates good combustion. Excessive smoke or a dull, smoldering fire suggests insufficient air or poor draft.

6.3 Utilizarea cuptorului

The oven utilizes heat from the firebox below. The oven temperature will vary depending on the intensity of the fire. Monitor the oven temperature gauge and adjust the fire's intensity as needed for cooking. Preheat the oven thoroughly before placing food inside.
