1. Pornire/Oprire

• To turn on: Press and hold the Power/Pause button (⏻) for approximately 2 seconds.
• To turn off: Press and hold the Power/Pause button (⏻) for approximately 2 seconds.

2. Selectarea programului

1. After powering on, press the MENU button to access program selection.
2. Use the UP (▲) and DOWN (▼) buttons to scroll through the 64 pre-configured programs or the 6 customizable programs.
3. Press ENTER to select a program. The display will show the selected program number and default settings.

3. Reglarea intensității

• Once a program is selected and electrodes are applied, gradually increase the intensity for Channel 1 using the '+' button for CH1.
• Similarly, adjust the intensity for Channel 2 using the '+' button for CH2.
• Increase intensity slowly until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, stimulation. Avoid setting the intensity too high, which can cause discomfort.
• Use the '-' buttons to decrease intensity if needed.
