1. Introducere

The ORSKEY Dash Cam S680 is equipped with advanced features to capture critical details on the road. It includes a front-facing camera, an in-cabin camera, and supports an optional rear camera for comprehensive coverage.

3. Configurare

3.1. Introducerea cardului Micro SD

Before first use, insert a Class 10 Micro SD card (up to 32GB, not included) into the memory card slot. Push the card until it clicks into place. It is recommended to format the card within the dash cam's settings upon first insertion and regularly thereafter (at least once a month) to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption.

3.2. Montarea Dash Cam

Attach the suction mount to the dash cam by sliding it into the slot on top of the unit until it clicks. Clean the windshield thoroughly before attaching the suction cup. Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and flip the lever to secure it. Adjust the camera angle to ensure a clear view a drumului fără a vă împiedica conducerea view.

3.3. Conectarea la putere

Connect the car charger to the Mini USB port on the dash cam and plug the other end into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when the vehicle's engine starts.

3.4. Connecting the Rear Camera (Optional)

If using the optional rear camera, connect its cable to the AV port on the dash cam. The rear camera can be installed either inside the rear window or externally above the license plate. For external mounting, ensure the cable is routed properly to avoid damage.

4. Operare

4.1. Pornire/Oprire

• Pornire/Oprire automată: The dash cam automatically turns on and off with your vehicle's ignition.
• Pornire/Oprire manuală: To turn on, press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds. To turn off, press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds.

4.2. Moduri de înregistrare

• Înregistrare în buclă: This function ensures continuous recording by overwriting the oldest, unlocked footage when the memory card is full. Video segments are typically 1, 2, or 3 minutes long.

4.3. Night Vision and Wide Angle

The dash cam features 6 unique infrared LED fill lights and WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology, allowing it to perform optimally in low-light situations and capture clear night videos. The 170-degree wide-angle lens ensures a broad field of view, capturing more of the road and surroundings.

5. Întreținere

• Formatarea cardului SD: To maintain optimal recording performance and prevent errors, it is recommended to format the Micro SD card at least once a month. This will erase all data on the card, so back up any important files în prealabil.
• Curățarea lentilei: Regularly clean the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the lens.
• Temperatura de depozitare: Avoid exposing the dash cam to extreme temperatures (below -20°C or above 60°C) as this can affect its performance and lifespan.

6. Depanare

If you encounter issues with your ORSKEY Dash Cam, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Camera Unable to Switch On: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the dash cam and the car's cigarette lighter. If the built-in battery is completely drained, it may take a few minutes to charge before the unit powers on.
• Erori de card SD: If you receive a "Please format SD card" message, format the card within the dash cam settings. Ensure you are using a genuine Class 10 Micro SD card.
• Blurry Videos: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lenses.
• Dash Cam Shuts Down Unexpectedly: Verify the power connection is stable. Some vehicles may cut power to the cigarette lighter when the engine is off; a hardwire kit is recommended for continuous power.
• Buttons Unresponsive / Screen Black: Try resetting the device by pressing the reset button (if available) or holding the power button for 10 seconds.
