4. Configurare și instalare

1. Montarea pompei:

   Secure the pump to a stable, flat surface using the integrated mounting bracket. Ensure the pump is positioned to allow for proper hose routing and ventilation. Use appropriate fasteners (not always included).

2. Racord pentru furtun:
   • Attach the brass hose connectors to the pump's inlet and outlet ports. Ensure sealing rings are correctly seated to prevent leaks.
   • Connect a suitable suction hose (inlet) to the inlet port and a discharge hose (outlet) to the outlet port. Use hose clamps to secure all connections tightly.
   • Install the inlet filter (strainer) at the end of the suction hose that will be submerged in the diesel tank. This prevents debris from entering the pump.
3. Conexiune electrică:
   • Ensure the pump's on/off switch is in the "OFF" position.
   • Connect the red power cable from the pump to the positive (+) terminal of a 12V DC battery.
   • Connect the black power cable from the pump to the negative (-) terminal of the 12V DC battery.
   • Utilizați acumulatorul furnizat clamps for a secure connection. Verify polarity before proceeding.

5. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

1. Preparare:
   • Ensure all hose connections are secure and free of leaks.
   • Place the inlet hose with the filter into the diesel source tank.
   • Position the discharge hose into the receiving tank, ensuring it is securely placed to prevent spills.
2. Amorsare (dacă este necesar):

   This pump is self-distributing (self-priming), meaning it can draw fuel without manual priming. However, for initial use or if the pump has been run dry, it may take a few moments for fuel to flow. Ensure the inlet hose is fully submerged.

3. Pornirea pompei:

   Flip the on/off switch on the pump to the "ON" position. The pump will begin to operate, and fuel should start flowing shortly.
4. Monitorizare:

   Monitor the fuel transfer process. Do not leave the pump unattended during operation. Check for any leaks or unusual noises.

5. Oprirea pompei:

   Once the desired amount of fuel has been transferred, or if the source tank is empty, flip the on/off switch to the "OFF" position.

6. Post-operație:
   • Remove the inlet hose from the source tank.
   • Allow any remaining fuel in the hoses to drain into the receiving tank or a suitable container.
