This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Fluke 115 Compact True-RMS Digital Multimeter. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Informații de siguranță
AVERTIZARE:
To prevent possible electrical shock, fire, or personal injury, read all safety information before you use the product. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe injury or death.
- Always use the Multimeter with the correct function, range, and measurement category (CAT) rating for the voltage and current being measured.
- Inspect test leads for damaged insulation or exposed metal. Replace damaged leads immediately.
- Do not use the Multimeter if it operates abnormally. Protection may be impaired.
- Nu aplicați mai mult decât volumul nominaltage, as marked on the Multimeter, between the terminals or between any terminal and earth ground.
- Aveți grijă cu voltagpeste 30 V AC RMS, 42 V peak sau 60 V DC. Aceste voltajetagreprezintă un pericol de șoc.
- Do not operate the Multimeter around explosive gas, vapor, or dust.

Instalare/Înlocuire baterie
The Fluke 115 typically comes with a 9V battery pre-installed. If the battery needs replacement or installation:
- Turn the multimeter OFF and disconnect all test leads from the device and any circuits.
- Localizați capacul compartimentului bateriei pe spatele multimetrului.
- Use a screwdriver to remove the screw securing the battery compartment cover.
- Scoateți cu grijă capacul.
- Replace the old 9V battery with a new one, ensuring correct polarity (+ to + and - to -).
- Reinstall the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.
Conectarea cablurilor de testare
Always connect the common (black) test lead to the COM jack first. Then, connect the red test lead to the appropriate function jack (VΩHzCAP or A) for your intended measurement. When disconnecting, remove the red test lead first, then the black test lead.
Instrucțiuni de operare
Măsurarea AC/DC Voltage (V~ / V-)
- Rotiți comutatorul rotativ la poziția V~ (Volum ACtage) sau V- (Volum CCtage) poziţia.
- Connect the black test lead to the COM jack and the red test lead to the VΩHzCAP jack.
- Conectați sondele de testare la circuitul sau componenta care urmează să fie măsurată.
- Citiți voltagvaloarea afișată pe ecran.
Measuring Resistance (Ω) and Continuity
- Turn the rotary switch to the Ω (Resistance) position.
- Connect the black test lead to the COM jack and the red test lead to the VΩHzCAP jack.
- Ensure the circuit or component is de-energized before connecting the test probes across it.
- Read the resistance value. For continuity, the multimeter will emit an audible beep if the resistance is below a certain threshold.
Measuring Current (A~ / A-)
- Turn the rotary switch to the A~ (AC Current) or A- (DC Current) position.
- Connect the black test lead to the COM jack and the red test lead to the A jack.
- AVERTIZARE: To avoid personal injury or damage to the multimeter, do not attempt to measure current in a circuit where the potential to ground exceeds 600V. Always connect the multimeter in series with the load.
- Deschideți circuitul în care doriți să măsurați curentul și conectați multimetrul în serie cu sarcina.
- Citiți valoarea curentă de pe afișaj.
Measuring Frequency (Hz) and Capacitance (CAP)
To measure frequency or capacitance, turn the rotary switch to the respective Hz or CAP position. The connection method is similar to voltage and resistance measurements, respectively, using the VΩHzCAP and COM jacks. Ensure capacitors are discharged before measuring capacitance.
Testul diodei
The diode test function allows for checking the forward voltage drop of a diode. Turn the rotary switch to the diode symbol. Connect the red lead to the anode and the black lead to the cathode of the diode. The display will show the forward voltage drop in volts.
Întreţinere
Curatenie
Wipe the case of the multimeter with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the plastic. If necessary, clean the input jacks with cotton swabs lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
Înlocuirea bateriei
Refer to the "Battery Installation/Replacement" section under Setup for detailed instructions on replacing the 9V battery.
Depozitare
When not in use, store the multimeter and its accessories in the provided carrying case in a dry, dust-free environment. If storing the multimeter for extended periods (e.g., more than one month), it is recommended to remove the battery to prevent potential leakage and damage to the device.
Depanare
| Problemă | Cauza posibila | Soluţie |
|---|---|---|
| Fără afișaj sau afișaj slab iluminat | Baterie descărcată sau descărcată | Înlocuiți bateria de 9V. |
| Citiri incorecte | Funcție/interval selectat incorect; Cabluri de testare deteriorate; Mufe de intrare murdare | Verify the correct function and range are selected. Inspect and replace damaged test leads. Clean input jacks if necessary. |
| Multimeter does not respond during current measurement | Internal fuse blown (for current measurements) | The current input is protected by a fuse. If the fuse is blown, the multimeter will not measure current. Consult a qualified service technician for fuse replacement. Do not attempt to replace the fuse yourself unless you are qualified. |
| Display shows "OL" (Overload) | Measurement exceeds selected range or meter's maximum capability | Selectați un interval mai mare sau asigurați-vă că măsurătoarea se încadrează în specificațiile contorului. |
