To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side of the seat. Lift the lever upwards to raise the seat. To lower the seat, remain seated and lift the lever. Release the lever at your desired height.

The chair features a tilt mechanism for reclining. To unlock the recline function, lift the lever on the left side of the chair. To adjust the tilt tension (how easily the chair reclines), twist the knob located underneath the seat.
