2.1 Despachetarea și verificarea conținutului

2.2 Conectarea la putere

2.3 Connecting the Data Cable (Serial)

The SRP-350II features a serial interface for connectivity.

1. Locate the serial port on the back of the printer.
2. Connect a compatible serial cable (sold separately) from your host device (e.g., computer, POS system) to the printer's serial port.
3. Secure the cable connections if necessary.

2.4 Loading Receipt Paper

1. Open the paper roll cover by lifting the latch or pressing the release button.
2. Insert the new paper roll into the paper compartment, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll.

The print head should be cleaned periodically, especially if print quality degrades or after changing many paper rolls.

3. Using a cotton swab lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol, gently wipe the thermal elements of the print head. Avoid touching the print head with bare hands.

4.2 Curățarea rolei de imprimare

The platen roller helps feed the paper smoothly. Clean it if paper jams occur frequently or if paper feeding becomes inconsistent.

3. Using a cotton swab lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol, gently clean the surface of the rubber platen roller.
4. Rotate the roller manually to clean the entire surface.

4.3 Curățare generală

5.1 Fara putere

• Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the printer, power adapter, and electrical outlet.
• Verify the power switch is in the ON (I) position.

• Ensure the paper path is clear before reloading the paper roll and closing the cover.

• The paper roll may be old or of poor quality. Replace it with a new, high-quality thermal paper roll.
