5.2 Conectarea cablurilor de testare
Connect the detachable test leads to the multimeter:
- Introduceți sonda neagră de testare în mufa de intrare „COM” (comună).
- Insert the red test lead into the "VΩmA" input jack for voltage, rezistență și măsurători de curent.
6. Instrucțiuni de utilizare
The Hioki 3030-10 is a manual-ranging multimeter. Always select the appropriate function and range using the rotary switch before making a measurement.
6.1 DC Voltage Măsurarea (V)
- Setați comutatorul rotativ la volumul CC dorittage (V) range (e.g., 0.3V, 3V, 12V, 30V, 120V, 300V, 600V). Start with the highest range if the voltage necunoscută.
- Citiți voltage value from the appropriate DCV scale on the analog display.
6.2 AC Voltage Measurement (~V)
- Setați comutatorul rotativ la volumul AC dorittage (~V) range (e.g., 12V, 30V, 120V, 300V, 600V). Start with the highest range if the voltage necunoscută.
- Citiți voltage value from the appropriate ACV scale on the analog display.
6.3 Măsurarea curentului continuu (A)
- Set the rotary switch to the desired DC Current (A) range (e.g., 60µA, 30mA, 300mA). Start with the highest range if the current is unknown.
- Break the circuit and connect the multimeter in series, ensuring the current flows through the meter.
- Read the current value from the appropriate DCA scale on the analog display.
- Set the rotary switch to the desired Resistance (Ω) range (e.g., x1, x10, x100, x1k).
- Before measuring, short the test leads together and adjust the "Ω ADJ" knob (if present) to zero the meter.
- Read the resistance value from the Ω scale on the analog display and multiply by the selected range multiplier.
6.5 Battery Test (BATT 1.5V)
- Set the rotary switch to the "BATT 1.5V" position.
- Connect the red test lead to the positive (+) terminal of the 1.5V battery and the black test lead to the negative (-) terminal.
- Read the battery charge level from the "BATT" scale on the analog display.
6.6 LED Test (LED)
- Set the rotary switch to the "LED" position.
- Connect the test leads to the LED. Observe polarity; if the LED does not light, reverse the leads.
- A lit LED indicates functionality.
6.7 Măsurarea temperaturii (TEMP)
This function requires a separately purchased thermistor probe. Refer to the thermistor probe's manual for specific connection and operation instructions.
- Set the rotary switch to the "TEMP" position.
- Connect the thermistor probe to the designated input jacks.
- Read the temperature from the "TEMP(°C)" scale on the analog display.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the device is off and disconnected from all circuits before cleaning.
7.2 Înlocuirea siguranței
If the current measurement function ceases to operate, the fuse may need replacement. The Hioki 3030-10 uses a 0.5-amp/250V fuse. Always replace with a fuse of the identical type and rating.
- Refer to the device's internal diagram (if available) or contact customer support for instructions on accessing the fuse compartment.
- Carefully remove the old fuse and insert the new 0.5A/250V fuse.
- Reassemble the meter securely.
7.3 Depozitare
When not in use, store the multimeter in its carrying case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
8. Depanare
If the multimeter does not function as expected, consider the following:
- Fără afișaj/alimentare: Verificați instalarea bateriilor și asigurați-vă că bateriile nu sunt descărcate. Înlocuiți-le dacă este necesar.
- Citiri incorecte:
- Asigurați-vă că ați selectat funcția și intervalul corect pentru măsurare.
- Verify test leads are properly connected and not damaged.
- For resistance measurements, ensure the circuit is de-energized and the meter is zeroed.
- Current Function Not Working: Check the internal fuse (refer to Section 7.2).
- Acul nu se mișcă: Ensure the meter is powered on and the test leads are making good contact with the circuit. Check for open circuits.
If problems persist after attempting these steps, contact Hioki customer support for further assistance.
