4. Configurare

4.1 Instalarea bateriei

1. Localizați compartimentul bateriei pe spatele multimetrului.
2. Folosește o șurubelniță mică pentru a deschide capacul bateriei.
3. Insert the provided 12V battery, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
4. Puneți la loc capacul bateriei și fixați-l cu șurubul.

4.2 Conectarea cablurilor de testare

The multimeter comes with a set of test leads. Connect them as follows:

5.1 Power On/Off and Function Selection

• To turn on the meter, rotate the central dial from the 'OFF' position to the desired measurement function.
• To turn off the meter, rotate the central dial back to the 'OFF' position.

1. Set the rotary dial to the desired DC Voltage range (2V, 20V, 200V, or 500V).

2. Break the circuit and connect the meter in series, ensuring the current flows through the meter.

5.5 Măsurarea rezistenței (Ω)

1. Ensure the circuit or component is dezenergizat before measuring resistance.
2. Set the rotary dial to the desired Resistance range (2KΩ, 20KΩ, 200KΩ, or 2MΩ).

When the battery symbol appears on the display, the 12V battery needs to be replaced. Follow the steps in Section 4.1.
