Specific Area Message Encoding (SAME) allows the radio to filter alerts for your specific location. You can program up to six different SAME codes.

3. Receiving Weather Alerts
The radio continuously monitors for NOAA and EAS alerts. When an alert is issued for your programmed SAME codes, the radio will:
- Sound an audible alarm.
- Display a visual alert (e.g., 'WARNING', 'WATCH').
- Broadcast the alert message.
To silence an alert, press any button. The visual alert may remain until the event passes.
4. Monitoring NOAA Broadcasts
You can manually tune into NOAA weather broadcasts:

5. Controlul volumului

Attach the included belt clip to the designated slot on the back of the radio for portable use. This allows for easy carrying during outdoor activities.
