6. Configurare

6.1. Instalarea și încărcarea bateriei

The ZT-R02 comes with a built-in 2000mAh lithium battery. Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged.

  2. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the device and the other end to a 5V USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
  3. The charging indicator on the device will show charging status.

7.1. Panel Button Function Description

  • Power Button (Red, bottom left): Long press to power on/off. In multimeter mode, short press to switch current measurement range.
  • IR DMM Button (Red, middle left): Long press to switch between Multimeter and Thermal Imaging modes. In thermal imaging settings, short press to adjust brightness or increase/select up. In multimeter mode, press to switch AC/DC voltage gama.
  • Hz/mV Button (Red, middle): For thermal imaging, press to adjust image color palette. In settings, press to decrease/select down.
  • SAVE Button (Red, middle right): Long press to save a measurement data screenshot. Short press to turn waveform display on or off.
  • MENU OK Button (Red, bottom right): Short press to enter or exit data hold. Long press to enter or exit relative measurement mode. In the settings menu, press to exit. In multimeter mode, press to switch between resistance, capacitance, diode, and buzzer modes. Long press to turn flashlight on/off.
  • Input Port 'A' (Red): For Current Measurement (≤10A).
  • Input Port 'mA' (Red): For Current Measurement (≤250mA).
  • Common (Return) Port 'COM' (Black): For all measurements.
  • Input Port 'VΩHz' (Red): For AC/DC Voltage, Resistance, Capacitance, Frequency, Continuity, Diode measurements.

7.2. Switching Between Thermal Imaging and Multimeter Modes

The ZT-R02 allows for seamless switching between its two primary functions.

7.3. Thermal Imaging Mode

The thermal imaging mode provides visual temperature data, useful for identifying hot spots, cold spots, and temperature gradients.

The device automatically tracks the maximum, minimum, and center temperature points on the screen.

7.3.2. Palete de culori

The ZT-R02 offers 8 pseudo-color modes to visualize temperature differences. To change the color palette, short press the 'Hz/mV' button while in thermal imaging mode.

7.3.3. Reglarea emisivității

Emissivity is crucial for accurate temperature readings. Adjust it based on the material being measured.

  1. Navigate to the settings menu (refer to the 'MENU OK' button description).
  2. Select 'Emissivity' and adjust the value between 0.01 and 1.00.

7.3.4. Screenshot and Data Storage

You can capture and save thermal images for later analysis.

  1. While in thermal imaging mode, long press the 'SAVE' button to take a screenshot.
  2. Saved images can be viewed in the 'Album' section of the settings menu.
  3. Connect the device to a computer via the Type-C USB cable to export saved data.

7.4. Modul multimetru

The multimeter mode allows for precise electrical measurements.

7.4.1. Making Measurements

Connect the test leads to the appropriate input ports ('A', 'mA', 'COM', 'VΩHz') based on the measurement type. Select the desired function using the 'IR DMM' and 'MENU OK' buttons.

  • AC / DC Voltage: Connect test leads to 'COM' and 'VΩHz' ports. Use the 'IR DMM' button to switch between AC and DC voltage intervale.
  • Curent AC/DC: Connect test leads to 'COM' and either 'A' (for ≤10A) or 'mA' (for ≤250mA) ports. Use the power button to switch current ranges.
  • Resistance, Capacitance, Diode, Continuity: Connect test leads to 'COM' and 'VΩHz' ports. Use the 'MENU OK' button to cycle through these functions.
  • Frecvenţă: Connect test leads to 'COM' and 'VΩHz' ports.

9. Depanare
