Introducere

Thank you for choosing the Neye SP100 PTZ WiFi Camera. This 8MP 4K outdoor security camera is designed to provide comprehensive surveillance with advanced features such as 30X digital zoom, AI automatic tracking, two-way audio, and IP66 weatherproof protection. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your camera to ensure optimal performance and security.

Note: The camera may be shipped in either an 'Old style' or 'New style' design. Both versions offer the same core functionality and zoom capabilities. Refer to Figure 2 for visual differences.

Instrucțiuni de configurare

1. Instalare fizică

The Neye SP100 camera is designed for wall-mounted installation, suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. Ensure the mounting location provides a clear field of view and stable support for the camera.

2. App Download and Camera Connection

To control and monitor your camera, download the 'Neye3C' application.

1. Descărcați aplicația: Caută "Neye3C" in the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or Apple App Store (for iOS devices). Alternatively, you can scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide or on the product packaging to download the app.
2. Înscrieți-vă și autentificați-vă: Open the Neye3C app. If you are a new user, sign up for an account. Otherwise, log in with your existing credentials.
3. Adăugați o cameră:
   1. On the app's main screen, click the "+" icon to add a new device.
   2. Select "Add WiFi Camera Using Sonic" for configuration.
   3. Pregătiți camera: Ensure the camera is connected to a power supply. Wait for the blue indicator light to flash and listen for the voice prompt "please configure WIFI". If you do not hear the prompt or the light does not flash, press and hold the reset button on the camera to reset it.
   4. In the app, click "NEXT" to proceed.
   5. Enter WiFi Details: Enter your WiFi network name and password.
   • Note importante:
   • WiFi names and passwords should not contain special symbols, punctuation, or spaces.
   • WiFi names and passwords should be 10 characters or less.
   6. Click "Next" in the app.
   7. Configurare: The app will display a "Configuring" message. Wait for the process to complete.
   8. Conexiune reușită: Once connected, the app will show "Connection successfully". You can now view your camera's live feed.

1. Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) Control and 30X Digital Zoom

Control the camera's pan, tilt, and 30X digital zoom directly from the Neye3C mobile application. This allows you to adjust the viewing angle and zoom in on specific areas for detailed monitoring.

2. AI Mobile Tracking & Dynamic Human Detection

The camera features intelligent AI mobile tracking and dynamic human detection. It can identify human forms, lock onto them, and track their movement, providing real-time alerts and continuous surveillance of relevant activity.

3. Moduri inteligente de vedere nocturnă

The camera offers three smart night vision modes to adapt to various lighting conditions:

5. Customized Personalized Voice Prompts

The camera supports customized voice prompts, allowing you to set specific messages for different scenarios. This feature can be used for greetings or warnings.

6. Audible and Visual Alarm

When an intrusion is detected, the camera can activate a white alarm light and send an alarm message to your mobile phone, providing an audible and visual deterrent.

7. Multi-Person Viewing and Storage Options

The camera supports multi-person viewing, allowing multiple authorized users to access the live feed simultaneously. For recording, the camera offers both SD card storage and cloud storage options.

Întreţinere

1. Curatenie

Probleme comune și soluții:

• Camera nu se conectează la WiFi:
  Ensure your WiFi name and password meet the specified criteria (no special characters, 10 characters or less). Try resetting the camera by holding the reset button after power-on until the indicator light flashes rapidly, then attempt the connection process again.
• Calitate slabă a imaginii:
  Check your internet connection speed. Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions. Verify that the camera is within optimal range of your WiFi router.
• Detecția de mișcare nu funcționează:
  Review the motion detection settings in the Neye3C app. Ensure the sensitivity is set appropriately for your environment.
• Probleme de vedere nocturnă:
  Confirm that the night vision mode is correctly selected in the app (Infrared, Full Color, or Smart Night Vision). Ensure there are no strong light sources directly interfering with the camera's night vision sensors.
