7. Configurare
7.1 Încărcarea dispozitivului
The ABAC-HP-5000H comes with a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Before first use, or when the low battery symbol (1) appears on the display, charge the device.
- Locate the Type-C charging port (11) on the side of the device.
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the device and plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The red "Battery charging in progress" indicator (8) will light up.
- Once fully charged, the green "Battery charging complete" indicator (9) will light up.

8. Instrucțiuni de utilizare
8.1 Pornire/Oprire
- To turn on: Press and hold the Power button (6) for more than 2 seconds. The display will light up.
- To turn off: Press and hold the Power button (6) for more than 2 seconds. The device also features an auto power-off function to save battery.
8.2 Selecting Detection Mode
After powering on, press the "SELECT" button to cycle through the detection modes. The active mode will be indicated on the high-definition display (e.g., Wood detection status (3), Metal detection status (4), Live AC wire detection status (5)).
8.3 Efectuarea unei scanări
- Ensure the device is fully charged and powered on.
- Select the desired detection mode (Metal, Wood, or AC Live Wire).
- Place the detection sensing area (10) flat against the surface you wish to scan.
- Press and hold the "TEST" button (7).
- Slowly slide the detector across the surface. Maintain constant contact and avoid tilting the device.
- Observe the display for indicators:
- Signal strength indicator bar (2): Increases as the device approaches a target.
- Wood/Metal/AC status indicators (3, 4, 5): Illuminate when the corresponding material is detected.
- Mark the location of detected objects for reference.
Important: For best results, calibrate the device by holding it against a clear section of the wall (where no objects are expected) and pressing the TEST button before scanning. This helps the device establish a baseline.
