3. Ghid de instalare

3.1 Instalarea și încărcarea bateriei

2. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the printer.
3. Insert the 1500mAh 7.4V rechargeable Lithium battery, ensuring correct polarity.

5. Connect the AC adapter to the printer's charging port and plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator light will illuminate.
6. Charge the printer fully before first use (approximately 2-3 hours).

3.2 Încărcarea hârtiei termice

1. Press the cover open button to open the paper compartment cover.
2. Insert the 80mm thermal paper roll with the printing side facing up.

3.3 Driver Installation (for Windows PC)

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the POS80 Printer Driver.

3.4 Bluetooth Pairing (for Windows PC)

The following video demonstrates the self-test and Bluetooth pairing process on a Windows PC:

1. Ensure the printer is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your PC.
2. On your PC, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Devices' > 'Bluetooth & other devices'.

8. Note the COM port assigned to the MTP-3 (e.g., COM6). This port will be used by your printing application.

3.5 Mobile Device Connection (Android/iOS)

For Android and iOS devices, download a compatible printing application from your device's app store. The application will guide you through connecting to the printer via Bluetooth.

1. Ensure the printer is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.

4. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

4.1 Pornire/Oprire

• **Power On**: Press and hold the power button () until the indicator lights illuminate.

4.2 Imprimare autotest

A self-test print can help verify the printer's functionality and provide information about its settings.

1. Ensure the printer is powered off and a paper roll is loaded.
2. Press and hold the FEED button, then press the POWER button simultaneously.
3. Release both buttons once the printer starts printing.
4. The printer will print a self-test page containing firmware version, Bluetooth information (name, PIN, MAC address), and character sets.

4.3 Imprimarea documentelor

Once connected to your device (PC or mobile) and drivers/apps are installed:

5.1 Curăţarea capului imprimantei

Regular cleaning of the thermal print head ensures optimal print quality and extends the printer's lifespan.

1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power adapter.
2. Deschideți capacul compartimentului pentru hârtie.
3. Folosiți un bețișor de bumbac ușorampened with isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher) to gently wipe the print head surface.
4. Allow the print head to dry completely (a few minutes) before closing the cover and powering on the printer.
5. Do not touch the print head with bare hands.

6.1 Printer Not Responding/Printing

• Check if the printer is powered on and the battery is charged.
• Ensure the paper roll is correctly loaded and not jammed.
• Perform a self-test print (see Section 4.2) to verify basic printer functionality.
• Check the connection: For Bluetooth, ensure it's paired and connected. For USB, ensure the cable is securely connected.
• Verify that the correct printer driver/app is installed and selected on your device.

6.2 Calitate slabă a imprimării

• Clean the thermal print head (see Section 5.1).

• Check the paper roll for any damage or improper loading.
