The PeriPage P80 is a portable A4 thermal printer designed for convenient printing of documents, photos, web pages, and more, both on the go and at home/office. It utilizes advanced inkless thermal printing technology, offering a clear and environmentally friendly printing solution.

3. Ghid de instalare

3.1 Încărcare inițială

Before first use, fully charge the printer using the provided USB-C cable and a compatible 5V/2A power adapter (not included). The charging time is approximately 4 hours.

3.2 Încărcarea hârtiei termice

1. Gently open the top cover of the printer.
2. Insert a roll of thermal paper into the paper compartment, ensuring the paper feeds smoothly from the bottom and the leading edge is straight.

3.3 App Installation (Mobile Devices)

1. Caută "PeriPage" in the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS).
2. Download and install the official PeriPage application.
3. Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging to download the app.

3.4 Driver Installation (PC)

For printing from a computer (Windows/Mac OS), you will need to download and install the appropriate driver. Please visit the official PeriPage website or the provided download link in the product documentation for the latest drivers.

4. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

4.1 Pornire/Oprire

To power on the printer, long press the power button (bear icon) for 2 seconds. To power off, long press the power button again until the indicator light turns off.

4.2 Conectarea la dispozitive

• Mobile (Bluetooth):

  2. Open the PeriPage app on your smartphone.
  3. Within the app, navigate to the connection settings and select your P80 printer from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
• PC (USB-C):
  1. Connect the printer to your computer using the USB-C cable.
  2. Ensure the necessary drivers are installed (refer to Section 3.4).
  3. The printer should be recognized by your operating system.

4.3 Printing from the App

The PeriPage app offers a wide range of printing functionalities:

• Imprimarea documentelor: Select PDF, Word, Excel, PPT, or TXT files from your device to print.

• Scanare imprimare: Use the app's scanning feature to capture and print documents or exercises.

4.4 Pași de bază pentru imprimare

1. Pornire: Apăsați lung butonul de pornire.
2. Conectare: Connect via Bluetooth (for mobile) or USB-C (for PC).
3. Selectați conținut: Choose the document or image you wish to print from the PeriPage app or your computer.
4. Imprimare: Initiate the print command. The printer will automatically feed and print the document.

4.5 Paper Change Key

The printer features a 'Paper change key' (located near the power button) which can be used to advance or adjust the paper feed if needed.

5. Întreținere

5.1 Curățarea capului de imprimare

To maintain optimal print quality, periodically clean the print head. Power off the printer, open the top cover, and gently wipe the thermal print head with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Allow it to dry completely before closing the cover and powering on.

5.2 Manipularea hârtiei

• Always use high-quality thermal paper. Do not use regular paper, as it will not print.
• Store thermal paper in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent degradation.
• Ensure paper is loaded correctly to avoid jams and misfeeds.

6. Depanare

6.1 Imprimanta nu pornește

• Ensure the printer is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
• Verify that the power button is pressed and held for 2 seconds.

6.2 Calitate slabă a imprimării

• Check if the thermal paper is loaded correctly and is not upside down.
• Ensure the paper is suitable for thermal printing and is not old or damaged.

• Make sure the printer's battery is not critically low.

6.3 Nu se poate realiza conexiunea prin Bluetooth

• Asigurați-vă că imprimanta este pornită și se află în raza de acțiune a dispozitivului mobil.

• Reporniți atât imprimanta, cât și dispozitivul mobil.
• Make sure no other device is currently connected to the printer.
• Within the PeriPage app, try to re-scan and connect to the printer.

• Gently open the top cover and carefully remove any jammed paper. Avoid pulling forcefully to prevent damage.
• Ensure the paper is loaded correctly and is not wrinkled or torn before closing the cover.
