Nota: The board can support various input methods via daughter boards. A matched 7.1 USB codec card can be used as the default input module, connecting via the provided USB-B to USB-A cable.

3.4. Control & Switching Synchronization (J2, PH-2.0mm-4Pins)

Use the 4-pin PH-2.0mm control cable for shutdown, mute, and synchronization functions.

Nota: 'SHDN' and 'MUTE' are active low. Shorting these pins with GND will put the KAB9 into shutdown or mute mode, respectively. The 'SYNC' position is used for switching frequency synchronization with another board.

3.5. Fan Connection (J3, PH-2.0mm-2Pins)

If operating the KAB9 at higher power (above 8-50W continuously), it is recommended to install a fan for better heat dissipation. Connect the fan to the 2-pin PH-2.0mm connector (J3).
