The mGYDY 36V/48V KT 15A Ebike Brushless Motor Controller is designed to provide stable speed control and sensitive braking for 250-350W e-bike brushless motors. Constructed with an aluminum alloy shell, it features excellent heat dissipation to protect internal circuits. This controller is compatible with KT accessories and includes a 1T5 cable for comprehensive connectivity.

3. Configurare și instalare

Before installation, ensure your e-bike motor is within the 250-350W range and that you have a compatible KT display. Disconnect power from your e-bike battery before proceeding with any connections.

3.1 Conectarea controlerului

The controller features various waterproof connectors for precise and secure connections. Identify the corresponding ports on your e-bike system.

• Conexiune motor: Connect the large 9-pin waterproof plug from the controller to your e-bike motor.

3.2 1T5 Cable Connections

The 1T5 cable consolidates multiple connections for a cleaner setup. Ensure each plug is correctly matched to its corresponding component.

• 9-Pin Controller: Connects to the main controller unit.
• 2-pini Lamp Linia: For e-bike lighting.
• 3-Pin Dial Handle: For throttle or speed control.
• 5-Pin Appearance: Typically for the KT display unit.
• 2-Pin Brake (x2): For connecting two brake levers.

Ensure all connections are firm and waterproof plugs are fully seated to prevent moisture ingress.

4. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

Once all connections are securely made and verified, you can power on your e-bike system. The controller will work in conjunction with your KT display to manage motor functions.

• Pornire: Turn on your e-bike battery and then the KT display.
• Controlul vitezei: Use your e-bike's throttle or pedal-assist system (PAS) to control motor speed. The controller provides steady speed output.
• Frânare: The controller offers sensitive braking control. Engaging the brake levers will cut motor power, enhancing safety.

5. Întreținere
