1. Introducere

Thank you for choosing the Smart Doorbell with Camera. This device provides enhanced home security and convenience, allowing you to monitor your doorstep, communicate with visitors, and receive alerts directly on your mobile device. Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation to ensure proper use and optimal performance.

4. Configurare și instalare

The Smart Doorbell offers two convenient installation methods: adhesive paste or screw fixing.

4.1. Adhesive Installation

For a quick and easy setup, use the provided adhesive aid:

1. Curățați temeinic suprafața de instalare dorită pentru a vă asigura că este uscată și lipsită de praf sau grăsime.
2. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive pad on the back of the doorbell mounting bracket.
3. Firmly press the doorbell bracket onto the cleaned surface for at least 30 seconds.
4. Slide the doorbell unit onto the mounted bracket until it clicks into place.

4.2. Instalarea șuruburilor

For a more secure and permanent installation, use screws:

1. Position the doorbell bracket on the desired surface and mark the screw holes.
2. Drill pilot holes if necessary, according to the size of your screws.
3. Secure the doorbell bracket to the wall using appropriate screws (not included).
4. Slide the doorbell unit onto the mounted bracket until it clicks into place.

4.3. Chime Setup

Plug the internal ding-dong machine (chime) into a standard power outlet within range of the doorbell. It will automatically pair with the doorbell unit.

5. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

5.1. Configurarea inițială și conectarea aplicației

1. Download the dedicated mobile application (refer to the QR code or app store link provided in the quick start guide).
2. Înregistrați un cont și conectați-vă.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your Smart Doorbell to your account. This typically involves powering on the doorbell and connecting it to your home Wi-Fi network.

5.2. Live Video Call and Two-Way Intercom

When a visitor presses the doorbell button, the internal chime will ring, and you will receive a notification on your mobile phone. You can then:

• Speak to the visitor: Use the two-way audio feature to communicate directly.
• Monitor: View the live feed from the doorbell camera at any time through the app.

5.3. Auto Capture and Cloud Storage

The doorbell automatically captures images when a visitor presses the button or when motion is detected (if enabled). These images are saved to cloud storage, allowing you to review visiting records via the app at your convenience.

5.4. Vedere de noapte

6. Întreținere

• Actualizări firmware: Periodically check the app for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.

7. Depanare

• Soneria nu se conectează la Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz (5GHz is not supported). Check your Wi-Fi password and signal strength. Try moving the doorbell closer to your router during setup.
• No notifications on phone: Check your phone's notification settings for the doorbell app. Ensure the app has permission to send notifications. Verify your phone has an active internet connection.
• Calitate video slabă: Verificați puterea semnalului Wi-Fi. Asigurați-vă că obiectivul camerei este curat și fără obstrucții.
• Nu sună clopoțelul: Ensure the chime is plugged into a working power outlet. If it's still not ringing, try re-pairing it with the doorbell (refer to the quick start guide for pairing instructions).
• Bateria se descarcă rapid: Frecvente live-uri view access, high motion detection sensitivity, or very cold temperatures can affect battery life. Adjust settings in the app if necessary.
