3.1 Componente

4. Configurare

4.1 Despachetarea și inspecția

• Scoateți cu grijă pompa și toate accesoriile din ambalaj.

4.2 Pregătirea combustibilului și a uleiului

IMPORTANT: The pump is shipped without engine oil or gasoline. You MUST add engine oil before the first start-up. Failure to do so will cause severe engine damage and void the warranty.

• Adăugați ulei de motor: Locate the oil filler cap/dipstick on the engine. Fill with appropriate 4-stroke engine oil (refer to engine manual for specific type and quantity, typically SAE 10W-30 or 10W-40). Do not overfill.
• Adăugați benzină: Umpleți rezervorul de combustibil cu benzină proaspătă, fără plumb. Nu umpleți excesiv. Asigurați-vă că capacul rezervorului este strâns bine.

4.3 Racorduri furtun

• Furtun de aspirație: Connect a reinforced suction hose (minimum 80mm / 3 inches diameter) to the pump's inlet. Ensure an airtight seal to prevent air leaks, which can reduce pumping efficiency. Use the provided clamps.
• Furtun de refulare: Connect a discharge hose (minimum 80mm / 3 inches diameter) to the pump's outlet. Secure with clamps.
• Supapă de picior/filtru: Attach the included foot valve/strainer to the end of the suction hose to prevent debris from entering the pump and to maintain prime.

4.4 Amorsarea pompei

Before starting, the pump housing must be filled with water to create a vacuum for suction.

• Remove the priming cap located on top of the pump housing.
• Slowly fill the pump housing with clean water until it overflows.
• Replace and securely tighten the priming cap.

• Ensure the pump is on a stable, level surface and all hoses are securely connected.
• Open the fuel valve (usually a lever below the fuel tank).
• Deplasați maneta de șoc în poziția „CHOKE” (pentru porniri la rece).
• Setați comutatorul motorului în poziția „PORNIT”.
• Pull the recoil starter handle slowly until resistance is felt, then pull firmly and quickly. Do not let the rope snap back.

• Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before engaging the pump.

5.2 Pumping Operation

• After the engine has warmed up, the pump will begin to draw water.

• Adjust the engine speed as needed for desired flow rate, but avoid running at maximum RPM for extended periods if not necessary.

5.3 Oprirea motorului

• Reduceți turația motorului la ralanti.

6.1 Routine Checks (Before Each Use)

6.3 Depozitare
