Follow these steps to accurately apply torque:

1. Deblocați mânerul: Rotate the locking knob at the base of the handle counter-clockwise to unlock it.
2. Set the Desired Torque:
   • Rotate the handle to align the top edge of the handle with the desired major torque value on the main scale (e.g., 20 N·m).
   • Continue rotating the handle until the zero mark on the fine adjustment scale aligns with the vertical line of the main scale.
   • For fine adjustments, rotate the handle further until the desired minor value on the fine adjustment scale aligns with the vertical line. For example, to set 23 N·m, set the main scale to 20 N·m, then rotate the handle until the '3' mark on the fine adjustment scale aligns with the vertical line.
3. Blocați mânerul: Rotate the locking knob clockwise until it is tight to secure the torque setting.
4. Select Drive Direction: Use the lever on the wrench head to select the desired tightening direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise).
5. Aplicați cuplul: Place the socket onto the fastener. Apply smooth, steady pressure to the handle until you hear and feel a distinct "click." This "click" indicates that the preset torque value has been reached. Stop applying force immediately after the click.

Important: Do not continue to apply force after the click, as this will overtighten the fastener and can damage the wrench or the component.

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and accuracy of your torque wrench:

• No Click Sound: Ensure the torque setting is above the minimum range. If the fastener is already tight, the click may be less pronounced. If the wrench has been dropped, its calibration may be affected.
