5. Configurare
5.1 Instalarea bateriei
The BSIDE H3 Infrared Thermometer requires two 1.5V AAA batteries for operation. Batteries are included in the package.

- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as marked inside the compartment.

6. Instrucțiuni de utilizare
6.1 Luarea unei măsurători
- Hold the thermometer by the handle and point the laser beam at the target surface.
- Press and hold the trigger to begin scanning. The temperature reading will appear on the color LCD display.
- Release the trigger to hold the last measured temperature on the display. The "HOLD" icon will appear.

6.2 Distance to Spot Ratio (D:S = 50:1)
The D:S ratio indicates the size of the area being measured relative to the distance from the thermometer. A 50:1 D:S ratio means that at a distance of 50 units, the measurement spot diameter is 1 unit. This allows for accurate temperature measurement of smaller targets from a safer distance.

6.3 Mode Functions (MAX/MIN/DIF/AVG)
Apăsați tasta MOD button to cycle through different measurement functions:
- MAX: Displays the maximum temperature recorded during the scanning period.
- MIN: Displays the minimum temperature recorded during the scanning period.

- AVG: Displays the average temperature recorded during the scanning period.
6.4 High/Low Temperature Alarm (HAL/LAL)
The thermometer can be set to alarm when the measured temperature exceeds a high limit (HAL) or falls below a low limit (LAL).

- Utilizați UP şi JOS arrows to adjust the HAL or LAL values.
- Presa SET again to confirm and switch between HAL and LAL settings.

6.5 Celsius/Fahrenheit Switching
To switch between Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉) units, press the ℃ / ℉ butonul situat pe panoul de control.

8. Întreținere

- Îngrijirea lentilelor: The infrared lens is the most delicate part. Clean it carefully with a soft cloth or cotton swab and water or medical alcohol. Do not scratch the lens.
- Depozitare: When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage. Store the thermometer in its carrying case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Nu înmuiați: As per product care instructions, do not soak the device in any liquid.
