4.1. Verificări înainte de instalare

4. Open the cold water supply valve and allow the tank to fill completely, bleeding air from hot water faucets until water flows steadily.

5. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

5.1. Pornirea inițială

1. Ensure the water heater tank is completely full of water.
2. Turn ON the electrical power supply to the water heater at the circuit breaker.
3. The LED display on the control panel will illuminate, showing the current water temperature or a default setting.

5.2. Setting Water Temperature

• Utilizați Up şi Jos arrow buttons on the control panel to adjust the desired water temperature.
• The LED display will show the set temperature. The heating element will activate to reach this temperature.
• Indicatorul LED lamp will illuminate when the heating element is active. It will turn off once the set temperature is reached.
• Atenţie: Setting the temperature too high can cause severe burns. A temperature of 49°C (120°F) is generally recommended for household use to prevent scalding.

5.3. Indicator de alimentare

• LED-ul lamp indicates when the heating element is actively heating the water.

6. Întreținere

6.1. Annual Flush

• To remove sediment buildup, drain and flush the water heater tank annually.
• Turn off the power supply and cold water inlet.
• Connect a hose to the drain valve and open the valve. Open a hot water faucet in the house to allow air into the tank.
• Once drained, open the cold water inlet briefly to stir up sediment, then drain again.

6.2. T&P Valve Check

• Test the temperature and pressure relief (T&P) valve at least once a year by lifting the lever. Water should discharge from the drain pipe.

• The anode rod protects the tank from corrosion. It should be inspected every 3-5 years and replaced if significantly depleted. This task is best performed by a qualified technician.
