Before using your phone, you must install the SIM card(s) and battery.

This phone is designed to work with specific 4G GSM carriers. If you are activating a new SIM card, it is recommended to provide the IMEI number of an older phone or a smartphone to your carrier for activation. Then, insert the activated SIM card into this phone. Compatible carriers include T-Mobile (Prepaid plan), Metro by T-Mobile, Tello Mobile, Ultra Mobile, SpeedTalk, and Mint Mobile. This phone is incompatibil with AT&T or its MVNOs (e.g., Cricket, Pure TalkUSA, Consumer Cellular, H2O), nor with any CDMA network carriers like Verizon, Sprint, Boost, PagePlus, or U.S. Cellular.
