1. Introducere

The AUTOOL SPT360 Automotive Spark Plug Tester is a digital high-frequency device designed to safely and quickly evaluate the performance and quality of spark plugs. It simulates real engine operating conditions with a test frequency up to 9000 RPM, making it compatible with spark plug tests for various crankshaft engines and motorcycles. This tester features a 5-hole design, allowing simultaneous comparison of up to five spark plugs, enhancing testing accuracy and efficiency. 4. Configurare

  1. Conexiune de alimentare: Plug the power adapter into the rear power port of the device.
  2. Spark Plug Placement: Insert the spark plugs into the designated test holes. One standard test hole is available for comparison, alongside four additional test holes. You can test between two and five spark plugs simultaneously.

5. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

  1. Pornire: Rotiți întrerupătorul de alimentare în poziția „PORNIT”. Afișajul digital se va ilumina.
  2. Adjust Frequency (RPM): Use the 'Up' (+) and 'Down' (-) buttons to adjust the simulated operating frequency (RPM) from 200 to 9000 RPM. Observe the spark plugs' performance at different RPMs.
  3. Comparative Testing: The device allows for simultaneous testing of multiple spark plugs. Place a known good spark plug in the standard test hole and compare its spark strength and consistency with the spark plugs being tested in the other holes.
  4. Observați scânteia: Carefully observe the spark generated by each plug. A strong, consistent spark indicates a healthy spark plug. Irregular, weak, or absent sparks suggest a faulty plug.
  5. Oprire: Once testing is complete, flip the power switch to the 'OFF' position and disconnect the power adapter.

6. Întreținere

  • curatenie: Regularly wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Ensure no liquids enter the device.
  • Depozitare: Store the spark plug tester in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
  • Inspecţie: Periodically inspect the power cable and the device for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.

7. Depanare
