1. Configurare și asamblare

The Bialetti Mini Express Moka Set is designed for easy assembly and use. Follow these steps to prepare your coffee maker:

1. Despachetați componente: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. The set includes the base (boiler), filter basket, top plate with spouts, and two espresso shot glasses.
2. Dezasamblați: Unscrew the top plate from the base. Remove the filter basket from the base.
3. Umple cu apă: Fill the boiler (bottom part) with cold water up to the level of the safety valve. Do not overfill.
4. Adăugați cafea: Insert the filter basket into the boiler. Fill the filter basket with ground coffee without pressing it down. Ensure the coffee grounds are level with the top of the basket.
5. Reasamblați: Screw the top plate firmly onto the base. Place the two included espresso shot glasses onto the special aluminum support plate, aligning them under the spouts.

Once assembled, your Bialetti Mini Express is ready to brew. This stovetop espresso maker is suitable for gas and electric cooktops, as well as propane campsting sobe.

1. Așezați pe o sursă de căldură: Place the coffee maker on your stove at a medium temperature. The innovative design allows coffee to be served directly into the cups, which are kept warm by the special aluminum support plate.

4. Servi: Carefully remove the coffee maker from the heat. The espresso is now ready to be enjoyed.

• Cafea slabă: Use fresh, finely ground coffee. Ensure the filter basket is full but not overly compressed.
• Coffee Leaking: Make sure all parts are screwed together tightly and the rubber gasket is properly seated and not worn.
• Metallic Taste: This can occur with new Moka pots. Brew a few batches of coffee and discard them to season the pot. Always clean with water only.
