- Jogging (Confortabil): Place your feet slightly wider apart. This position offers a moderate vibration intensity, ideal for a comfortable jogging simulation (typically speeds 34-65).
- Alergare (Puternic): Place your feet wide apart, towards the edges of the platform. This position delivers the strongest vibration, simulating a vigorous running workout (typically speeds 66-99).

Conectivitate Bluetooth
The EVOLAND Vibration Plate features a built-in Bluetooth speaker, allowing you to enjoy music during your workout:
- Ensure the vibration plate is powered on.
