Washing Before First Use
Wash all pots, pans, and lids with warm soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. This removes any manufacturing residues.
Seasoning (Optional but Recommended)
For optimal nonstick performance, lightly season the ceramic surface before first use. Heat each pan on low to medium heat for 30 seconds, then add one tablespoon of cooking oil (such as vegetable, canola, or refined olive oil). Spread the oil evenly over the entire nonstick surface with a paper towel. Remove from heat and let cool. Wipe off any excess oil.
